• Registration of the priority notice of conveyance (Auflassungsvormerkung) in the Land Registry
• Obtaining required approvals and documents
• Creation of land charges (Grundschuld) for financing and coordination with your bank
• Deletion of encumbrances not assumed by the buyer

The Process at a Glance

Typically, you or your estate agent provide us with the key details of the transaction. We then prepare a draft purchase agreement, which all parties receive in advance for careful review. We are of course available to answer any questions. At the notarisation appointment, the agreement is read out in full, open points are discussed and adjustments made where necessary. After signing, we handle the further execution through to the final transfer of ownership.

We coordinate closely with all parties involved – buyers, sellers, estate agents, banks and the Land Registry office – to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
