Central Register of Wills

I/we consent to a register enquiry with the Central Register of Wills (Zentrales Testamentsregister) and to the notary obtaining a complete register extract.

The enquiry shows whether and where dispositions upon death have already been registered. The register only covers dispositions held in custody or registered in Germany.
