Type of Disposition

Existing Wills or Inheritance Agreements

Please send us existing dispositions in advance if possible – as an upload here or by email to info@notar-baer.de. Joint wills and inheritance agreements may be binding and affect what can still be regulated today.

Central Register of Wills

The enquiry shows whether and where dispositions upon death have already been registered. The register only covers dispositions held in custody or registered in Germany.

Children

Children are generally entitled to a compulsory share – the details help us to take this into account in the design from the outset.

Your Own Wishes and Ideas (optional)

You do not need to decide anything here – advice and the overall concept are developed in the advisory meeting. If you already have specific ideas, you can note them here.

Composition of Assets (optional – approximate figures are sufficient)

These details help us in two ways: for an appropriate design that fits your circumstances – and for an initial assessment of the notary fees, which depend on the value of the assets.

Summary and Submission

Author of this form

Name and e-mail address of the person completing this form – we will send the confirmation of receipt and any follow-up questions to this address.

Note: Notary fees apply pursuant to the German Court and Notary Fees Act (GNotKG); they depend on the value of the assets. If the notary prepares a draft as instructed, costs may also arise if the notarisation does not take place.
